Frozen Pork Tenderloin In Instapot. Freeze the bag (still inside the insert) until solid, at least 6 hours or overnight. Set to ‘meat stew’ mode and cook for 20 minutes.
Place meat on top of everything. Add vegetables on top, then pour chicken broth over the top. Remove the meat from the pot.
